Open Partition

Strong and robust bars in the upper section of the partition allow for interaction with your horse's neighbors.

Closed Partition

All Partitions can be ordered as side or rear partitions. This fully boarded partition is also available with a small window in the upper section.

Partially Open Partition

Depending on your horses' character and needs, you can choose open, closed, or partially open partitions.

Side Partition with Sight Protection

The open partition with a boarded sight protection offers interaction while providing some peace and protection during feeding time.

Curved Partially Open Partition

The sight protection or partially open partition models are also available with an elegant curve to match the stall front style of your choice.

Open Partition with Curved Sight Protection

The curved partitions are priced slightly higher due to the more complex manufacturing process.

Details

  • Super strong and durable unique double walled frame profile
  • Closely set thick and strong steel bars with a high flexural strength
  • Standard frame height of 2,300 mm (7.55 ft) (customizable)
  • Standard frame length of 3,000 mm (9.84 ft), 3,500 mm (11.48 ft) or 4,000 mm (13.12 ft) (customizable)
  • Solid Govaplast® plastic, hardwood or bamboo boards with tongue and groove
  • All steel components hot dip galvanized in accordance with NEN and ISO 1461 – even if color coating option is chosen

Custom Made

All Corton horse stalls, doors and shutters are customizable and can be tailored to your individual design to ensure the right fit for your style, stable building, and horses’ needs. Available options include:

  • Extra strong frames (60 mm / 2.36 in) and boards (38 mm / 1.50 in) in the lower section of the partition
  • Swing window with a locking bar in the upper partition area (e.g. for rear partitions looking out)
  • V-opening in the upper door area (e.g. for rear partitions looking out)
  • Harwood immersion in water-based varnish
  • Ventilation grooves in boards
  • Multi-layer coating in RAL color
  • Additional horizontal boards
  • Ornamental corner steel plate elements
  • Stainless steel bar inserts

By manufacturing in their state-of the-art steel construction facility in the Netherlands, Corton ensures that all of their products meet the highest quality standards.

All Corton horse stalls are hot-dip galvanized and are optionally available with and additional color coating. You can choose between hardwood and bamboo boards, as well as their synthetic Govaplast® boards made of recycled plastics as an eco-friendly alternative.
